What is the wireless range of MEATER products?
The wireless range depends on the model: the original MEATER offers up to 33ft, MEATER Plus up to 165ft, and the MEATER Block uses built-in WiFi to provide an infinite range as long as you have an internet connection.
Is MEATER dishwasher safe?
The MEATER probe is water-resistant and can be cleaned under a running tap with warm soapy water, but it is not dishwasher safe. The charging dock should be wiped with a dry cloth only.
How long does shipping take within the US?

Does MEATER work with deep fryers or pressure cookers?
MEATER is designed for use in ovens, grills, smokers, and rotisseries. It should not be used in deep fryers, pressure cookers, or microwaves as these environments can damage the internal sensors.
